Dr Hirala Prasad was the fourth son of Late Thakur Ram of a Zamindar family of Mirganj. Although he was from a zamindar family, my father was a self made and self dependent man right from his childhood.

My father, Dr. Hiralal Pd. did his matriculation from Mirganj and joined calcutta University for graduation. He did his graduation from this university.

After doing his graduation he joined MBBS course in Patna and completed MBBS from PMCH in the year 1961. His specialization as Physician and Surgeon is well known to every body. He started serving people from the year 1961 and continued doing this till he las took holy breathe in july 2000.

My Mother Late Maya Devi, D/O Late Dr. Premchand & Mrs Radhika Devi was from Patna. She was married in the year 1960 in a small town Hathwa as compared to Patna, but mixed herself completely with her inlaws. She was a dedicated house wife and a loving mother.Left us on 2^nd Sep. 1984.
